AALS Cures Part New Non-public Legislation

The AALS Part on Cures invitations paper submissions for a panel on “Cures within the Restatements” on the January 3–7, 2023 Annual Assembly. Please be aware that this assembly is presently deliberate to be held wholly in individual. The Cures session is scheduled for 3 to 4:40 pm on Thursday, January 5. The session, which is cosponsored by the AALS Part on Torts and Compensation Methods and the AALS Part on Mental Property, will characteristic dialogue of the present Torts and Copyright Restatement initiatives.
